In addition, any affiliates caught spamming will be reported to any appropriate authorities including their hosting company, their ISP, local law enforcement and the FTC.

It's important that you include as much information in your abuse report as possible, including:

* The URL of the offending site, or action on a site (such as forum cross-posting, message board abuse, violating another website's terms of service, and so on)

* Any other applicable information.

Updates:

Jan.10, 2009: An affiliate was caught doing email spamming to promote www.PreventIdentityTheftPro.com to potential customers who did not request for any such information. This surely violates the integrity of the site, publishers, and the company at large.

The affiliate's account was immediately banned and blocked from promoting all of our products. Furthermore, we reported the affiliate to the relevent authorities and have blacklisted all known contact "identifiers" that we have for this affiliate across our system.

This spammer invaded the privacy of others, and he/she has also damaged our credibility and has damaged our domain, "www.PreventIdentityTheftPro.com", as a result of the spam emails being reported by various recipients and victims of the spam.

We are using all of resources to pursue this this person and seeking legal action, in addition to making every possible effort to restore our website's good-standing as a reputable, spam-free operation.
